Create supplier returns, export CSV files, and track expected credits.
Get started
- Add a supplier and its optional Shopify vendor mapping.
- Create a return, select an inventory location, and search by SKU, product, barcode, or vendor.
- Select items, confirm quantities and costs, then save the draft.
- Download the supplier CSV and update the return as it progresses.
Current safety boundary
RTV Bridge currently reads Shopify inventory but does not adjust stock or submit a return to a supplier.
This keeps the first version reversible. Merchants remain responsible for shipping, supplier approval, and reviewing exported data.
Common questions
Why can’t I find an item?
Confirm the selected location and search with a specific SKU or barcode. Results are limited to 50 variants per search.
Does Shopify’s vendor field identify the supplier?
Not always. RTV Bridge stores suppliers separately and treats the vendor field as an optional search and mapping hint.
Why are Korean characters broken in Excel?
Keep UTF-8 BOM enabled in the CSV template. It is on by default.
