Terms of Service

1. The service

RTV Bridge reads Shopify inventory data, stores supplier and return-to-vendor records, creates CSV exports, and helps merchants track expected credits. It is not a shipping, accounting, payment, or supplier communication service.

2. Merchant responsibilities

• Review return items, quantities, costs, and CSV exports.
• Obtain supplier authorization and arrange shipment.
• Reconcile expected credits with actual accounting records.
• Use the app lawfully and keep Shopify access secure.

3. Availability and fees

Features, availability, and pricing may change. Any paid plan and trial terms will be shown in Shopify before approval. Shopify processes app billing where applicable.

4. Intellectual property and data

Maru Labs retains rights in the app and its software. Merchants retain rights in their store data, supplier records, return records, and files.

5. Disclaimer and limitation

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Merchants must verify exports and credits before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maru Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

6. Termination and contact

A merchant may stop using RTV Bridge by uninstalling it. Questions can be sent to merotic01@gmail.com.
